XL Parts is seeking an experienced front Counter Sales representative to join our team in Houston. The Counter Sales representative is responsible for answering phones and assisting customers with their purchases. 



Answer high volume incoming calls ·        

Answers customer automotive parts questions ·        

Assist with orders, purchase and quotes ·        

·        Keeps work area clean


·        3 to 5 years in automotive parts sales industry 

·        Must have reliable transportation

·        Must be able to pass a criminal background and drug screen


 Typical 9 hour day to include sitting, walking, squatting and lifting. To perform the duties of this job the employee must be capable of working in a fast pace environment.  Heavy lifting of 50lbs or more may be required. Physical Demands:


Compensation:  The Counter Sales rep compensation consists of hourly pay based on hours work. Estimated 45 hours per week and paid bi-weekly.
